You have to first disable S-Mode. Or you can keep S-Mode on to restrict it to downloadng apps from Microsoft Store. That mode is useful for a young kid’s laptop to keep them from downloading malware. It’s thus good for kids under 10 (unless the kid is a coder or their teacher needs them to load a non-MS-Store app).
