Best explanation is to Google it. Pay attention to the details when you do. Be aware that it comes configured to "S" mode only, which will require an Microsoft account initially to switch it to standard mode. Then you can create an offline user for the PC without having to have a Microsoft account. So make a throw away account to get it out of "S" mode first. Also Google how to do that to.
