The USB-C port on this computer is not a display port, so it will not support video signal. However, this model does come with an HDMI port that could be split to a second monitor.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. This USB-C does not support video signal. It doesn't matter if you plug in a splitter, a docking station, or adaptor. Nothing with make this port "suddenly start" transmitting video signal. I have not tried using a HDMI splitter into the HDMI port. Maybe that would work. Please share your findings for future users.
