• Thank you for the question. This laptop has Windows 11 in S Mode (a safer operating system). Apps can only be acquired from the Microsoft Store. If your desired apps are not available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to convert the laptop to Windows 11 Home - a free and easy conversion, but not reversible. You can then download apps from any origin.
