I can't help you with this question as I was supposed to have my computer set up two and 1/2 weeks ago by your Geek Squad. I still don't have it set up as they were going to be here last week and never showed up nor did I receive a phone call that they were not coming. They are supposed to be here this coming Wednesday, so, we will see what excuse I get this time, or maybe I won't even get a phone call again. I pay for the service and it literally sucks!!!
