“Will this be able to gps map a cemetery using Google My Maps? I have already tried another 2 in 1 and GPS showed me 150 miles south of where I am. Don't want another failure.”

Not by itself, but that is EASY to do on most any laptop - either use a USB GPS or Bluetooth GPS, I prefer BT, and you will be able to use most mapping programs. Something like Google maps may need to have you have a wireless internet (hotspot) in your car (usually your phone can be a hotspot)
