“Can this computer able to replace window 10 home to regular window? When window 11 is ready for upgrade, would window 11 be home as well? I had bad experience with window 10 home and heard few negative review of it as well.”

You can choose to return the computer to Windows 10 Home and then decide to further upgrade to Windows 10 Professional. Windows 10 in S Mode, Windows 10 Home, and Windows 10 Professional are all of the current versions of Windows. It will be ready to upgrade to Windows 11 when that is released, yes.
