• Thank you for the question. Go to Settings (power) where you can change the amount of idle time before the PC goes to sleep. You can also choose not to have it sleep. Touching the keyboard or jiggling the mouse will awaken the PC, if you have enabled the device to wake the computer (Device Manager → Keyboards → Power Management). If you continue to have issues with sleep mode, please reach out to HP Support to assist.
