Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also experienced this problem, I had to make two trips to supplier, the first trip I was sold the wrong product which I was told that it was the correct product, second trip: had to go home & remove used product & return to supplier then I received the correct product. I RECOMMEND THAT THIS BE DONE ANYTIME YOU ARE TRYING TO REPLACE ANY INK CARTRIDGE or retain packaging and take with you to supplier!!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have an answer to this question, but I feel exactly the same why. You're not sure from the packaging if you're buying the black photo cartridge or the just black cartridge. HP should put the symbols on the outside of the package so you know which cartridge you are purchasing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every HP printer I've ever used has those symbols, they are for proper placement of the correct cartridge in it's correct slot in the printer. The figures are not for determining which ink cartridge to buy. for that you must find your printer model number on the ink packaging, it's usually on one of the sides. Also HP includes a card with the printer that has the cartridge number on it. Hope this helps.
