“I have an Epson Stylus CS4800 printer I cannot select number of pages or if I want to print in black and white or color. Can this be fixed?”

• Sorry, this ink is for HP printers only, not Epson. But good luck with finding an answer from Epson customer service. They should be able to help you with your Epson printer.

• Tilt you may have to contact the customer service at 18004335778 and let their wonderful representatives know the problem you are having and let them walk you through what it is you need and you should be just fine
