“Hello, Can I use two black cartridges at the same time? It doesn't look like 2 will fit. The color cartridge is shaped differently and only fits in that spot. Wondering if these black cartridges are all shaped the same? I have HP OfficeJet 3830.”

• No, but you can put in the XL size which is about 2 ink cartridges.

• No, unfortunately, you cannot use two black cartridges at the same time. If you print quite a bit of black, choosing the XL cartridge will give you 2.5x the ink, in a cartridge that fits the black ink slot in your printer. This printer will print in single cartridge mode, with no color cartridge loaded.
