“What is the return policy for the ink cartridges? If I try them and they don't work?”

I purchase the hp 64 two-pack on December, 15 2024. I opened the box and noticed that the cartridges were way too small. I did not open either of packages that had the ink cartridges inside. Today I went back to Best Buy #181 in Selma, TX and tried to exchange the ink for the correct type. Keshon was very helpful and found the ink at another store and set-up delivery to my home. UNFORTUNATELY, Keshon was told that Best Buy no longer exchanges or returns open-box ink. Did the policy recently change?
