Whenever you have problems with a color, make sure you check to see that your black ink is not low too. What may look like a color ink problem could also be a combination of color and black ink. If not, take it back for a refund. I've never had any problem with their 64XL cartridges. You deserve a product that works perfectly. If it doesn't you just got a dud, like you suspected.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A couple of quick tips: Check for any tape that might have stuck to the contacts on the cartridge. Also, run a cleaning from your printer's touchscreen or the HP Smart app. Hopefully one of these will have you seeing blue again!
