You are suppose to look on your printer and get the exact cartridge number it states on the printer. I doubt it says it anywhere on the ink. There would be too many printers to list. Much easier to just put the number on the printer. If you don't know it, I'm sure you could google it if you know your printer model, which should also be written on your printer.

You need 64 or 64XL for that printer. The ink is listed inside each printer, so it's best to check your printer to be sure. Please contact Best Buy customer service to make an exchange.
