Thank you for your question regarding the HP - Envy 2-in-1 14 14-es0013dx. Multiple things could be causing that issue such as an issue with the provider, the modem, the router, cables, updates, and a possible issue with the Wi-Fi card in the laptop. You can contact your provider to check with possibly issues with the network itself and contact HP Support to have them help troubleshoot the laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Inconsistent WiFi speed can be caused by one or more of the following: 1: High demand on your ISP capacity at the time. 2: Your router is very unlikely to support 500 Mbps on 2.4 GHz network consistently. 3: The antennas on the router and your laptop are not optimally oriented. 4: You probably have other equipment sharing the network. They’re all sharing the same 500 Mbps. If you want to check real speed and consistency, disconnect all other equipment and use the Ethernet connection from router to laptop. Not WiFi. 5: There’s always that small chance that some hardware is malfunctioning.
