• Check the software you are using to print. Make sure black and white printing is not selected.

• Check settings on computer Make sure your not telling it to print in black and white

• Thank you for the question. Change the print menu to "color". You can do this by opening the software and changing the default print settings, or by changing when you receive the drop-down menu for the individual print job.
