Why is this not eligible for the easy replenish ink? null

Not sure if this is what you’re referring to but this printer is eligible for the HP Instant Ink program. I signed up for it and get new cartridges automatically based on my usage. I get a low ink alert and shortly after, a message that my new cartridges are being shipped.

I have the same printer and have Instant Ink set up.
