You are lucky it printed at all! I could not even get it set up—even with extensive tech help! I would suggest returning it and getting another printer.

I had purchased additional cartridges that worked great. It actually is an awesome printer. They will replace the defective cartridge if you contact them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I am fully aware of the HP warrantees. Have had to spend hours over the last year due to the printer having constant driver issues.... The warrantee is now just out and was hoping there was a true fix other than buying a brother printer...
