Thank you for the question. The Envy 6455e supports the following media weights: Letter: 16 to 24 lb; HP envelopes: 20 to 24 lb; HP cards: up to 53 lb; HP 4 x 6 inch photo paper: up to 80 lb. While you can use custom papers/thickness, routinely using much thicker than supported papers may put a burden on the feed rollers.
