If Windows 12 does come out in the future, you would have to check the OS requirements at that time and make sure that it meets the required specifications. Updates can impact the system requirements and change what settings you might be able to use. At this time there is just no way of knowing if Windows 12 will be a thing and what requirements it would have should it launch.
