• If you have a new enough copy of Microsoft word (from Office 2016 or newer) you can install it. If it's older than that, you can purchase Office 2021 for a one time fee, and install that.

• I have the one-time purchase version of Word loaded on this computer and have no problems. I do not use the 365 subscription service.
