It is a very easy process to connect the Envy x360 laptop to the Envy 5000 series printer. The best way to do this is with the HP Smart App which is free and accessible with a mobile device or computer.

I have an Envy printer and it was super easy to connect to it. You just had to find it and connect. It did the rest.
