“If why on this plan and you start having issues with the print head going bad does it cover a replacement print head?”

• I would assume that is covered under the original factory warranty or any additional warranty you may have purchased for the printer and not covered by the instaink program

• No, the print head is not covered by this. This is simply an automated INK ordering service and doesn't include any warranty on the printer or its components.

• Good question. Instant Ink does not cover print head replacement, it is only a ink cartridge replacement plan. For printhead issues, HP Support is available. HP Support can be reached by calling 1-800-HP-INVENT I hope this helps.
