• Yes, if you have this printer connected via wifi it can be used by cell phones on the same network (your home/business network). Just download the HP app and it will find the printer on the network.

• I have Windows 10 and a non-mac PC so I do not know if the HP 3830 is compatible with Windoes 7 or an I phone. Easy set up and so far so good. in doing what we bought it for
