For single sided printing, it can handle up to 110 lb card stock, but to do double-sided automatically, you'll want to go no heavier than about 65 ls. Yes, you can pull cards of those sizes from the paper tray. You'll need to put the cards in and adjust the paper guides so they hold the cards snugly.
