QuestionCan it copy photos on glossy photo paper?? As far as ink subscription, if you run out of one or two colors first, do you still have to purchase all four cartridges with ink subscription? And therefore, how long does remaining / left over ink last?

- Answer The ink subscription is lame. Yes, you need to buy all. The printer can't consistently *grab" the photo paper to properly print.

QuestionRecently bought the 8020e printer. I do not see in the reference guide how to put on the "output tray extension". I went on-line and printed up the "manual", again it shows the picture but doesn't say how to put it on. I do not see any area to attach it

QuestionI only use HP ink for photo printing as it is the best in terms of color, but I use non-proprietory in for routine black and white document printing. I'm buying Epson or Brother after over 30 years of HP loyalty since no ink but HP will work.

QuestionI can't scan from the printer to my MacBook Pro. HP technical support told me it's due to latest Apple operating system which doesn't support it. I called Apple support and they told me it's due to the HP software.

- Answer It looks like there aren't currently any Mac drivers for OS12. However, that will change, so it's a temporary situation.
