“I have this printer and it has a difficult time picking up Kodak Photo paper (glossy).. What's the deal? Do I have a bad pick-up roller or should I shelve it and buy a Canon?”

I have only printed 3 photos using the Kodak glossy paper. The first one printed. The second one jammed. I cleared the jam and then printed two more photos without jamming. I didn't do anything to clean the rollers. The prints are excellent though using this paper.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have discovered what I discovered too late. This printer will not print cardstock, photo paper, or anything heavier than plain inkjet paper. If you can return it, I encourage you to do so. I have no idea what HP was thinking. I have, and had, many HP printers. This is the only one that will not print cardstock.
