• Yes we have comcast with the latest 5G router and it works flawlessly

• I'm very familiar with this issue. I have ATT. I had to change the channel I think to 8. All you have to do is call Comcast because in all actuality it's a cable issue, not HP. They had to change my router. When purchasing a HP, be sure to get a 8720 or newer, the older ones are not as compatible with computer updates!!
