The OfficeJet Pro 9025e is going to be faster and cheaper per page to use, and the paper tray will hold more sheets. The 7520 will give somewhat better photos, and has a second tray for holding photo paper up to 5x7 inches in size. If you're deciding between purchasing the two, a key thing to consider is that the 9025e is one of HP's current printers. The PhotoSmart 7520 was introduced nearly 10 years ago and hasn't been sold at retail for six or seven years, so any that you find will be used units.
