• It is not plug & play because it's wireless capabilities & fileshare options. I would say it is fairly easy to those familiar with WIFI, Bluetooth & downloading software, if not you can have geeksquad come to your home. I love this printer and how fast it prints. The WIFI signal is strong which is nice as well. I would say follow the instructions that start to walk you through the process on the LCD control panel and you should be ok.
