You should be able to run an Nvidia 3060. Nvidia recommends a 550 watt power supply but they tend to be pretty conservative with their recommendations so the 500 watt PSU in this computer should be fine. The computer doesn't have any SD slots so there's no way to plug a card in directly, unless you get a card reader.
