Contacted HP support and he asked me to issue a command to get the product key. After re-entering the product key, I finally activated my Windows license successfully.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That error message indicates that the computer doesn't have a good internet connection. Make sure that the computer is hooked up to the internet (not just physically connected, but is getting a good signal). Try getting to a news source (those tend to have a strong signal) and see if it can connect to that.
