It was relatek wifi card driver and settings issue. I tried updating the driver and disabled some settings in the driver and the probes solved. Pleased refer reddit discussion on reletek wifi card issue it eill help.

Just a piece of junk bud.............for the price, we got ripped off. Sure looks pretty though. lol games are slower than heck, and lock up a lot and mess you up. And even opening a web browser or a different program takes forever.
