Hi Andy! The RAM needs to be DDR5 for UDIMM modules, memory profile technology XMP. The Omen GT21-1324 supports up to 128GB of RAM. An 80w power supply would not work. The supplied ATX power supply is 600w. Please contact HP Support to assist with RAM placement and to ensure the slots are working.
