“Will this device tell me who is calling if someone from my contacts is calling?”

• No it won’t. I called tech support and they said it does not have this feature. I’ve tried everything else to get it to tell me when a contact is calling and it won’t.

• Thank you for the question. Yes, the headset will announce the caller by name if it's in your phone book. Additionally, if the incoming call comes from a private or blocked number (even if that number is in your phone book), the feature will not work.
