- Answer Scot, thank you for your question about this HP Spectre! The memory on this laptop is not accessible or upgradable. This uses LPDDRx, which is soldered onto the system board. Additionally, 32GB is the largest amount of RAM that the HP Spectre line offers. If you're looking for upgradability, the SSD and the memory in the Omen gaming laptops laptops are upgradable, with the memory going up to 64GB in them and those are sold in Best Buy stores.
