Is the SSD replaceable and is PCI 3.0 or PCI 4.0? null

I don't why some uneducated HP agent responded to you saying "Hello, the HP Spectre internal components are not accessible to the user however you can add an SSD externally. Thank you for being an HP customer!" Because the SSD is replaceable, and HP even has a youtube video on how to upgrade it. I put a samsung 980 pro and PCI 4.0 slot on the PC and its getting 5000mbps
