Yes, the HP Spectre does have a camera, and a very good one. I'm using it for Zoom meetings with friends.

It does have a camera which can be used to sign in. That is to sat, using "Windows Hello Face," one can set up face recognition to unlock the device. It can also be used for all the online video meetings and the like.

This laptop does have a built-in webcam.
