Hi Michael, thank you for the question. Intel's Evo Platform sets the specifications for laptops that are faster, more responsive, power efficient, thin, and light. Laptops like this Spectre are built to comply with the Intel Evo requirements. Apologies, neither HP nor Intel has indicated when a configuration change will be forthcoming.
