QuestionWhy can't I get the Spectre 13.5 with an OLED screen and 32GB of RAM? If you choose the OLED screen, it maxes out at 16GB of RAM. I know that it also comes with 32GB Optane, but I want 32GB of actual RAM. Will it available in the future? When?

- Answer I went to the HP web site and there as well I cannot configure the Spectre 13.5 with an OLED screen and 32GB of actual RAM. (In last year's model it was possible to order this combination.) Please advise why this combination is not currently supported by HP and provide any insight you have into when it will be possible either on the HP web site or on bestbuy.com. Thank you

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, the Spectre 14-ef0013dx includes a power cord/adapter. It has DisplayPort, not HDMI. Onboard ports include: 2 Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB4™ Type-C® 40Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 10Gbps signaling rate (HP Sleep and Charge); 1 headphone/microphone combo.
