• The graphics card on a laptop can not be changed. They are not removable like the graphics cards on desktops.

• I'm no expert, but if you mean 1660 Ti, then it would probably work. However, it would make way more sense to just buy a 3050 by itself for your other computer and get some random $400 thing with integrated graphics for school.
