• From what I gather, the iPad doesn't work with any mouse (without jailbreaking), since it was designed exclusively for touch.

• You cannot use a mouse with an iPad. Any mouse.

• Yes. I just posted a review. I switch off my Trackpad by holding the side button down and then switch on the M535. It connects and works very well.
