Try unplugging all your USB devices and restarting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ran into a similar problem on initial startup. I had to remove a USB hub and plug my keyboard and mouse directly into the PC for it to continue POST / startup. Try removing any unnecessary peripherals to see if you can get past the IBP startup screen (assuming that's where you are stuck).
