• Hi Shawn well I would take the PC to a near by Geek Squad located in Best buy or send it back if you have warrenty or exhange it from the location you purchased it from

• Contact ibuypower and see if you need drivers installed. If you are comfortable with computer hardware you can make sure the connection to the mother board is securely inserted. Contact bestbuy if you have warrenty or recently purchased it
