Can this pc handle 4k gaming at 60fps? null

Yes! On even the most demanding of titles. I love mine. I play the division 2, Anthem, Metro exodus all at very high FPS (90-125)at 3440x1440 ultra wide. But at 4k 60 fps is very doable with this.

I run eso on ultra settings at 90 fps and battlefield V a little higher. I run fortnite at 500 plus fps. This machine is a powerhouse.

Depends on the game, but I was able to hit it with no frame drops.

Hello, I purchased a IBUYPOWER 956 Snowblind Tower and it hasn't let me down in almost 4 months of gaming and normal use. The Video Card is a GIGABYTE RTX 2080Ti TURBO with 11 GB of DDR6 Video Memory. The PC has 16 GB DDR4. I bought a Dell (Alienware) AW3418DW 34" curved monitor with default settings of 3440 x 1440 @ 100MHz. I mainly play car racing games like the Forza Series (Horizon 3 Horizon 4 and Forza Motosport 7 All are set to Ultra/Epic Graphic settings. Also, the game publishers site should have what's the normal requirements for playing a game in 4K. I hope this helps.
