“So I got this pc around 150 days ago and I usually shut down and start it every day and I have a power strip and I usually shut down and flip the power strip switch without flipping off psu switch on the pc, Is this bad for the power supply?”

As long as you shut down the PC first, I do not feel you need to flip the switch in back before you trip the power strip. killing power at the strip should be the same as killing the power on the tower.

Please try again later.If the PC is shut down completely, not just 'sleep' then it shouldn't matter if its the switch on the back of the PSU or the power strip being switched, its all the same. At that point, it really shouldn't matter as there is no power going to the computer just make sure its off before you do either.
