Mine came very well packaged and no loose cables/ connections/ damaged parts , case, etc. iBuyPower has been in the pre-built gaming PC market for many years, I think price to performance theyre hard to beat. And if it ever breaks down, they come with a standard 1 year warranty, and you can always get an extended warranty if you wanted to.
