The short answer is "not as easily as an Intel-based iMac" because there is not a commercial Windows 10 that you can buy that runs on ARM-based processors like this new M1-based iMac. The Windows 10 that runs on this processor family is only available as a "preview" download and is intended for developers since Microsoft does sell their own hardware on this processor family (some of their Surface products). You might have some limited success using Crossover for M1 Macs but this is not the same kind of compatibility that you get with an Intel Mac where you can just literally run real (Intel) x64 Windows 10 in a virtual machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a macOS version of Microsoft Office. If you want to run Windows-only programs (that don’t have a macOS version) you could purchase the Parallels Desktop program which would let you install Windows inside of macOS and run Windows programs. Plenty of guides on YouTube if you want to see what it would be like.
