• Hi Parker, Yeah this Lightning cable should work just fine for connecting your iPhones as long as you have a USB-A adapter.

• Yes it works, and no you don't need an adapter. At least not for the one we bought (I am assuming you are asking the question about the same model #).

• I'm not sure about Iphone 10 and 11 but I have an RX that has an adapter USB C. So no, for my RX this cable will not do.
