A:Answerim guessing by the lack of concern for this question that has been asked several times and ignored that you may have to call customer support, OR throw it in the trash and go with a different company that can respond or help you. I myself had the same issue and was wondering as well.
A:AnswerI'm not sure, but it definitely cannot display photos of some dimensions. about 960x720 (or vice-versa) seems fine. Others it just shows a ? for - I wish it just wouldn't show them, or better yet if it could show the filename somehow at least it would be easy to figure out what ones it can't show so I could remove them or reformat them.
A:AnswerE-mailed jpeg pictures work fine as long as the file size is large enough. I had someone e-mail me some once that were downloaded from FB and they were very small files (around 20kb). They won't play. I don't know about png files. I've never tried them.
